The Treasurer's Report was distributed and approved.

The ESP quarterly report was distributed and discussed.

The Chair reminded O'Donnell, Barczewski, AgeOptions, Thomas, Holmes, and Eskildsen that they had volunteered to be on an ad hoc committee to pursue a professional grant writer.
