Treasurer Julie Hubbard presented the treasurer's report as of 8/25/09 and revenues and expenses through 6/25/09. Some additional home delivered funds have become available. Motion by Mike O'Donnell, seconded by Lucia West Jones that $849 in home delivered meal funds be given to Area 09. Passed. Area 06 needs a replacement check for last years funds. Julie Hubbard reported that the IRS 990 EZ had been submitted and that an extension is needed for the IL.A.G. 990. The FY10 - $50,000 for dietician Karen Little contract has been received. IAS gets $2,500 for administering this six month contract. Motion by Lynn Niewohner, second by Mike O'Donnell to approve the treasurer's report. Passed.

Area 01 was commended for updating their ESP entries. Discussion of "generic log-ins" ensued. This would allow for different people to use ESP at different times. A name is needed for each log-in. Marketing issues need to be considered. Joanne Thomas will review contracts with Zuma and contracts will go out with bills for FY10. New contracts are needed by October 1st. Motion by Joy Paeth to allow the aging network to use generic log-in for a year beginning 10/1/09, allowing multiple people at the same log-in but not at the same time. Seconded by Jon Lavin. Passed. Kevin (Area 02) will need a name for each log-in.

IDoA submitted the ADRC grant application for $600,000. Area 06 was told by Sandra Alexander that they had the best application but were not included in the application to AOA.

An IAS nominating committee chaired by Deb Kuiken with members Lucia West Jones and Jan Stille was appointed. IAS officers are to be elected in October.

Motion to adjourn by Deb Kuiken, seconded by Lucia West Jones. Passed.
